The dev branch 0.5 is currently buggy (as at 2010-02-02). The stable release 0.5.1 is not know to be affected by this issue.

Revert to tagged 0.5.1 in case you've switched to 0.5 already.

UPDATE 2010-02-13:
actually all branches are most likely affected by this issue due to pyscrobbler (and|or) last.fm (bad similarity range returned).
I worked around it in the trunk as a non so pretty hack, functional though. I'll tag a new 0.5 version ASAP. You may check out the trunk in the meantime.
