Do I loose data when I clean a PO file?

Of course! Poku removes the useless translation lines, those which were useful by the past, but that have been removed from the POT file and kept by your translation tool in the PO file. Remember that Poku does not remove useful translation lines!

Where do I get the clean PO file after uploading it?

The clean PO file is stored in the ./upload/ folder.
