Bluemindo is an awesome player and I'd definitely use it, but it lacks functionality at this moment. I've got 80gb of music splitted over 8 folders. Like: mp3-rock, mp3-soul, mp3-reggae, etc.
 
It would be great if there was a multi-folder support!
